If the prediction turns out to be wrong, you will receive a promo code equal to the amount of the bet made.

Terms of return

Our company offers users to bet without risk, but with the opportunity to win real money. To get a refund, strictly follow the recommendations below and remember the important rules:

money is refunded only for bets on the matches presented on the Big Match promo page;
refund is possible only for a bet on the exact score at regular time, no other marques, including the exact score (17 outcomes), are taken into account;
only one qualifying bet can be placed on a match - the second and subsequent bets will be considered regular, without the prospect of a refund in case of losing the bet;

bets with a par value of less than 5 dollars, as well as bets at the expense of bonuses, advance payment, promo codes, bets with insurance and sold coupons do not take part in the promotion;
having made any bet (even not on the exact score) from the bonus balance or by promo code on one of the Big Matches, the player can no longer claim a refund on another bet on the same game;
the Big Match promotion is incompatible with other promos - you must have one of them activated;
them in your personal cabinet, waiting for the combination to be automatically received within 24 hours.

Other requirements

The rules of the Big Match promotion may be revised and edited by us at any time without special notice to users. We may terminate this promo completely or suspend individual customers if they are found to be cheating or abusing our establishment’s bonus programme. For the most serious violations of the user agreement, we will not only deny admission to the promotion, but may also terminate the customer’s service completely.

Each player has access to exactly one bonus for each individual event within the Big Match promotion. In order to avoid abuse, we deny participation in the promotion to members of the same family, roommates, users of the same PC or router, co-owners of contact details or payment details. To ensure that you are who you say you are, we carry out a verification process: you must provide photo ID on request from Betwinner, otherwise further service will not be possible.
